ELI Institute Celebrates National Entrepreneurship Week

This week, Howard University's Institute for Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Innovation (ELI) will partner with the National Foundation for the Teaching of Entrepreneurship as a co-leader representing Washington, D.C. to celebrate the second annual National Entrepreneurship Week.

Chapel Recap: Rev. Michael Pfleger

Andrew Rankin Memorial Chapel was taken over by the sermon of the Rev. Michael Louis Pfleger, Ph.D, who exploded a bomb of words into the crowd. His sermon made people squirm in their chairs and left some members of the congregation with the feeling that to be comfortable was no longer an option.

ASB Benefit Concert Raises $300 for Third Trip to New Orleans

Hurricane Katrina-ravaged areas of New Orleans will receive another year of aid from Howard University students on its annual Alternative Spring Break (ASB) trip. But before applicants board the bus on March 15, more funds need to be raised. A night filled with musical selections from the Howard University Community Choir, liturgical dance by the Rankin Chapel Liturgical Dance Ministry and spoken word by various artists put the ASB committee one step closer to its goal.
