Advertising Policies

Deadlines: Reservation Deadline is set at 6 p.m., 3 business days prior to publication date. A completed reservation includes providing The Hilltop with a publication date, proofed artwork and payment. Any reservation related materials received after our deadline is subject to a late reservation fee; the latest that The Hilltop accepts advertisements is 2 business days prior to the publication date by noon. For Non-Camera Ready Artwork, The Hilltop must receive all intermittent materials and payment 7 business days before publication date.

Special Issues

Our special issues further discuss selected topics prevalent to our readers. This supplemental tabloid features extensive coverage of well-developed stories, and eye-catching artwork. Special issues include, but are not limited to, “Welcome to Howard,” “Career Fair,” “Homecoming,” “Black History Month,” “Spring Break,” “Summer Vacation,” and “Graduation.

Classifieds
