Requirements:
Online advertisements should be submitted in JPEG, TIFF, GIF, PDF, PNG, SWF or Image SRC format.
Deadlines and Design:
Reservation is set at 3 business days prior to the online publication date. A completed reservation includes providing The Hilltop with a publication date, proofed artwork and payment. Any reservation related materials received after our deadline is subject to a late reservation fee.
Design services are available for standard advertisements only. For Non-Camera Ready Artwork, The Hilltop must receive all intermittent materials and payment 7 business days before publication date. The designer will provide a copy of the design within 4 business days of submission. Approval, which releases liability from The Hilltop, must be received at least 2 business days prior to the online publication date.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are not allowed after the online advertisement has been uploaded. The Hilltop must receive a cancellation notice 3 business days prior to the original online publication date.
